Welcome Reception

We are pleased to invite all symposium participants to the Welcome Reception.

Date & Time: Tuesday, September 23, 16:00–19:00
Venue: “Kinshi” Hall, 2nd Floor, Sapporo Grand Hotel

Participants are welcome to come and go freely during the reception hours. Light refreshments and drinks will be served. This event is open to all registered symposium attendees.

Banquet

We are delighted to host the Symposium Banquet, offering an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere.

Date & Time: Friday, September 26, 18:00–20:00
Venue: Grand Hall, 2nd Floor, Sapporo Grand Hotel

The banquet will be held in a buffet-style standing format. All general participants are welcome to attend. (Please note: a separate fee applies for student participants.)
